Before the Day Begins

Father, before the noise of the day begins, I come to You in the quiet. Walk beside me through every hour, and help me notice You in the small things. Let my words and my work today be gentle and honest.

“LORD, in the morning you will hear my voice. In the morning I will lay my requests before you, and will watch expectantly.”
