Protection

When the Ground Shakes

God, our refuge, the earth trembled and my heart is still shaking. Protect those who were hurt or trapped, and comfort those who are afraid. Help us to stay calm, to look after each other, and to rebuild together.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas;”

Psalm 46:1-2
