After a Long Day

Father, this day asked a lot of me, and I feel worn thin. Gather up my tired hands and heavy heart. Let me rest in the simple truth that I am Yours, even when I have done little.

“Return to your rest, my soul, for the LORD has dealt bountifully with you.”
