An Evening Prayer for Peace

Heavenly Father, as this day comes to a close, I ask for your peace to settle over my heart and my home. Forgive my failings, and grant me rest, that I may wake renewed in your love.

“In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you alone, LORD, make me live in safety.”
